Solid Glass Microsphere For Resin Filler Material
Solid glass microspheres are tiny spherical glass particles made from aluminosilicate and soda-lime glass through high-temperature sintering. This product has a smooth, transparent appearance, is free of impurities, and possesses high strength and hardness.
Aluminosilicate glass microspheres exhibit excellent chemical stability, good resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, can withstand temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius, and have good compatibility with various resins and adhesives. Furthermore, they have low oil absorption and low viscosity, making them suitable as fillers added to other materials to improve their strength, abrasion resistance, and insulation.
