Zirconia Fused Alumina Grain is made of high-purity alumina and zirconium material as raw materials. After high temperature smelting at 2700℃, it is formed by special processing technology and Barmac ball milling. It has high quality, extremely hard, compact structure, and small crystals size withdendritic eutectic structure.
According to the content of ZrO2, zirconia alumina can be divided into ZA25 Zirconia alumina (ZrO225%) and ZA40 Zirconia alumina(ZrO2 40%). The extinguish characteristic ofZirconia Fused Alumina Grain is small crystal size. That ensure the particle continuously get new small cutting edges when cutting and grinding.
The Zirconia Fused Alumina Grain is a high level abrasive grains for making abrasive tools such as heavy duty grinding wheel, vitrified grinding wheel, cutting disc,coated abrasive base,etc.
