Bubble Alumina Properties:

Bubble alumina is a kind of hollow alumina bull & hollow alumina ball shape. Related refractory product made from it gets a high-temperature resistance, high thermal stability. It also gets high mechanical strength which is several times that of ordinary lightweight refractory products, and the bulk density is only half of that of other corundum products.

Bubble alumina can be used as high-temperature thermal insulation fillers, high-temperature refractory concrete lightweight aggregates, high refractory castables, etc. Bull alumina insulation fire brick made from hollow alumina can be used for high-temperature energy-saving (Bubble alumina content >30%) kiln furniture including inverted flame furnaces, shuttle furnaces, molybdenum wire furnaces, tungsten bar furnaces, induction furnaces, nitriding furnaces, etc.
