Description:
Zirconia fused alumina is produced by putting rich aluminum, zirconium materials and additives in electric furances, smelting with high temperature above 2000°C,cooling down with special technology, and compacting with Barmac plastic, which has the characteristics of tenacious texture, dense structure and high strength.
Characteristic:
l Higher roughness than alumina without Zirconium.
l 40%ZrO2 Zirconia has better self-sharpening ability, abrasive tools like cutting disc and grinding wheel would be sharper and more durable.
l 25%ZrO2 Zirconia is more Suitable for making heavy duty grinding disc which works good for heat-resistant alloy steel, titanium alloy and austenitic stainless steel.
Application:
- Making zircon fused alumina brick and building materials.
- Used for making bonded abrasives products, and process of grinding, sandblasting, surface treatment of metal products and other materials.
- With good melt erosion resistance,Zirconia fused alumina has good grinding effect on steel, iron casting, heat resistant steel and other alloy materials.
- Fused zirconia can be made for heavy duty grinding wheel, snagging, cutting disc,Fiber disc, grinding rails, high speed abrasive belts etc.
- Used for making coated abrasives products.
- Used for making lapping paste,polishing wax,emery cloth,sandpaper etc.
